When you click “Submit Form” the above information will be sent to us by email.

If your required dates are possible we will then contact you for further details of all participating guns in the shoot (name, address, date of birth, passport number, FAC and Shotgun certificate number) so that the appropriate licences can be obtained by us for individual guns in plenty of time for the shoot. (We guarantee this information will not be shared by us with any other third party). Payments are payable in Euros and a deposit of 50% is required when booking availability is confirmed.

Full confirmation of the booking will be sent when the non refundable deposit has been paid.  The balance is due 6 weeks before the shoot date, overages and any other expenses due to the estate are to be settled in full at the end of the shoot.
